Delivery - Conditions and Pricing
Shipping and delivery shall be categorised as follows:
o Personal delivery, free within Zagreb metropolitan area
o National delivery (i.e. delivery within Croatia) - HP Express, City Express, etc - free within Croatia (i.e. paid by the A1 Gallery)
o International delivery delivery will be paid by the ordering party
Time of delivery:
A1 Gallery shall deliver the ordered goods according to the following criteria:
o Zagreb metropolitan area: within 48 hours after the payment, or order in case of payment on delivery
o Croatia: within 72 hours
o International orders: upon agreement
The A1 Gallery guarantees that the sold goods are genuine and in perfect
condition at the time of shipping.
The Ordering Party shall check the goods upon delivery and report any
possible damage (which might have occured during the transport)
immediatelly. Otherwise, A1 Gallery shall not be liable for any damage or
loss that might have occured to the Ordering party.
Returns
The Ordering Party shall be entitled to returns in following cases: a.) the
Ordering Party received the goods that he/she had not ordered (in that
case, the orginal purchase order shall be submitted) b.) the Ordering Party
received damaged goods.
The Ordering Party shall cancel the misplaced or wrong order within 12
hours in Croatia and 24 hours internationally, otherwise the order shall be
regarded valid.
